Day 1: Arrival Delhi (Hotel check in at 12:00 noon)
Meet and greets by our representative at Delhi International airport and transfer to hotel for check in. Standard check in at 12:00 noon, early check-in subject to availability. Rest of the day at leisure to explore your own activities, overnight stay at the hotel
Day 2: Delhi City tour
After leisurely breakfast proceed for a day long city tour of New and Old Delhi visiting Red Fort, Jama masjid, Chandni chowk market by Rickshaw ride followed by Raj Ghat, afternoon visit Lotus temple, Qutab Minar, India Gate, President Palace and city centre Connaught Place markets etc. Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 3: New Delhi – Agra (210 kms/ 4 hours drive)
Morning after leisurely breakfast check out and driver to Agra the Mughal city, on arrival check in at hotel. Rest of the day at leisure to explore your own activities. Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 4: Agra City tour
Morning after leisurely breakfast proceeds for city tour visiting the famous Taj Mahal (Friday close), built by Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in the loving memory of his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Later visit Agra Fort with magnificent halls of private and public audiences, followed by Sikandra Fort or the Baby Taj and the local markets around. Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 5: Agra- Jaipur (250 kms/ 5 hours drive) En-route visit Fatehpursikri
After leisurely breakfast check out and drive to Jaipur, the pink city En-route visit Fatehpursikri – was the capital City of Mughal Empire in 16th century built by Emperor Akbar in 1569 was abandoned after 15 years due to scarcity of water. This monument is a beautiful blend of Hindu & Muslim architecture. Upon arrival in Jaipur check in at hotel.
Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan and known as the “Pink City” situated on a dry lakebed in arid landscape, surrounded by barren hills surmounted by forts and crenellated walls. The whole city was painted in pink color by Maharaja Man Singh II when Prince of Wales, later Edward VII visited Jaipur in 1876; today every home within the city is obliged by law to maintain this tradition of pink color. Day 6: Jaipur City tour
Morning after breakfast at 08:00 hours proceed for an excursion to Amber fort. Amber is a classic, romantic Rajasthani Fort Palace. A major attraction at Amber is the elephant ride all the way up to the fort entrance. Afternoon visit the Maharaja’s City Palace & the Jantar Mantar, which is the largest stone and marble crafted observatory in the world. Evening visit to the colorful markets in Jaipur. Day 7: Jaipur free day
After breakfast day at leisure for local sightseeing and shopping, evening optional tour of Chokhi Dhani village resort followed by traditional Rajasthani dinner and dance show at own cost. Overnight stay at the hotel
Day 8: Leave Jaipur
After breakfast check out and transfer to Jaipur airport OR drive back to Delhi and drop at airport on time to board flight for onward journey [End of Tour]
